Mace appoints first-ever CTO

Mace has appointed its first-ever chief technical officer, as the firm expands into technology-related areas.

Stephen Jeffery will assume the role and will be focussing on BIM and digital technologies as well as exploring modern methods of construction.

Jeffery – who has worked at Mace for 22 years – said that new technologies can help to grow the construction industry.

“I am delighted to take up the challenge of this new role,” Jeffery said. “With construction changing rapidly and new technology and processes being created so quickly, driving and improving technical solutions will continue to be a vital part of Mace’s pursuit of a better way.” Read more>
